Overview And History
In his dream Mahatma Gandhi had always seen a clean India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the public to bring that dream to reality. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is making efforts with a view to make “Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan” a public movement.
Mahatma Gandhi ji was very much concerned about cleanliness. Every year, on an occasion of Independence day - 15th August, for creating awareness about “Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan” among school students, National Education and Human Resource Development Organisation and National Economic Growth Times organise National Level Art Competition : “ALL INDIA SWACHH BHARAT ART COMPETITION”(School Level and State & National Level).
This art competition has been organised with a view of Social Awareness. The concept behind the competition is participation of school’s students in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan Movement of Government to raise awareness.
It is our opinion that art is a journey from brain to heart of an artist, and he has his own language of expressing himself. It is our expectation that these students who are the future of this country may create the best art work by bringing the concepts in their minds on a paper in relation to this mission. We wish that this message may go to each & every part of the country.
